Arsen began his career in 2002 while also pursuing a Bachelor in Economics and Political Science from Hunter City University of New York. After gaining a wealth of knowledge in the commercial real estate scene, he then founded Commercial Acquisitions Inc. in 2008 with the goal of setting a higher standard for quality and transparency in the New York market. Since then, Commercial Acquisitions has built a name as a highly respected firm, handling more than 150,000 square feet of space a year.

Denis is a Baruch College alumni, who graduated with a degree in finance and investments. He entered the real estate industry at 18 years of age, the same time he started college. He worked part-time as a residential sales and rental agent in a boutique firm in South Brooklyn throughout college.
Upon graduating from college, Denis joined Commercial Acquisitions Realty and geared his focus on Commercial Leasing and Sales. His expertise includes retail and office leasing, development sales and analysis, as well as investment property sales and analysis.
Michael Gani is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Based in Brooklyn, he has extensive knowledge of the local market and its trends. Michael has successfully closed numerous deals for clients, ranging from small retail spaces to large office buildings. He takes a personal approach to every transaction, working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals. With a strong network of contacts in the industry, Michael is able to provide clients with access to a wide range of properties and investment opportunities. Michael is happily married with five children and is well known as the father of two sets of twins. He resides in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn.
Allen Rosenthal attended the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College majoring in marketing. Throughout Allen’s adolescence, customer relationship management and sales were at the forefront of his personal and professional development.
While attending his sophomore year at college, Allen decided to join the New York Real Estate Institute and became a licensed salesperson. An interest in commercial real estate has led him to pursue retail, office, and industrial transactions.
Ben Loshinsky attended Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
Throughout his college career, he developed an interest in real estate, property development, and sales.
Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, he decided to begin his real estate career at Commercial Acquisitions, close to home.
