Arsen Atbashyan is a commercial real estate broker who has been in the industry for over 20 years. He is the CEO and Principal of a boutique real estate firm, Commercial Acquisitions Inc., where he leads a group of highly qualified agents. Arsen specializes in commercial sales, development, and leasing of retail, office & industrial properties.

Arsen began his career in 2002 while also pursuing a Bachelor in Economics and Political Science from Hunter City University of New York. After gaining a wealth of knowledge in the commercial real estate scene, he then founded Commercial Acquisitions Inc. in 2008 with the goal of setting a higher standard for quality and transparency in the New York market. Since then, Commercial Acquisitions has built a name as a highly respected firm, handling more than 150,000 square feet of space a year.

Vadim has been an integral part of the Commercial Acquisitions family for several years. With his Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, it is easy to see that Vadim has a passion for helping people. Denis is a Baruch College alumni, who graduated with a degree in finance and investments. He entered the real estate industry at 18 years of age, the same time he started college. He worked part-time as a residential sales and rental agent in a boutique firm in South Brooklyn throughout college.

Upon graduating from college, Denis joined Commercial Acquisitions Realty and geared his focus on Commercial Leasing and Sales. His expertise includes retail and office leasing, development sales and analysis, as well as investment property sales and analysis.

Michael Gani is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Based in Brooklyn, he has extensive knowledge of the local market and its trends. Michael has successfully closed numerous deals for clients, ranging from small retail spaces to large office buildings. He takes a personal approach to every transaction, working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals. With a strong network of contacts in the industry, Michael is able to provide clients with access to a wide range of properties and investment opportunities. Michael is passionate about helping clients succeed in their real estate ventures, and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service.

Michael is happily married with five children and is well known as the father of two sets of twins. He resides in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn.

Allen Rosenthal is a Baruch College alumni with a BBA from the Zicklin School of Business. At the age of 19, he started a full-time position as a salesperson at Commercial Acquisitions Real Estate.

Having joined the team in 2020, Allen’s specific focus on landlord and tenant representation has led him to execute numerous large and small transactions throughout New York City and its outer boroughs. Among his most notable professional achievements were acquisitions in the public, non-profit and religious sectors.

Allen's passion outside of real estate is traveling to new destinations, and he currently resides in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.

Richard Zagranichny is a student at the College of Staten Island. He began his career with several years of experience in construction, which has provided him with a solid foundation for his role in commercial real estate.

Since joining Commercial Acquisitions, Richard has focused on landlord and tenant representation, successfully executing various transactions across New York City and its outer boroughs.

Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with his family. He currently resides in Staten Island.
